| 1) What is proof that the demanded number of rickshaws will have the advertisements? |
Answer: After putting the ad on every rickshaw, its photo will be clicked and every month the rickshaw is mandatorily asked to visit RTO so that every month latest photographs are clicked. These photos are then uploaded on the Indivelop’s website, so that one designated person from the advertiser company can log in with user-name and password on the website and check at random or on serial. |

| 2) How will we know which all rickshaws have our advertisements on them? |
Answer: A detailed list of all the rickshaws on which the advertisements of your company are put will be given to you including details of the unique number, RTO registration numbers all the rickshaws and the addresses of the Main Stand of these rickshaws. |

| 3) What are our unique numbers? |
Answer: These are special numbers that we mark on the rickshaws registered through our process. Every rickshaw will carry a unique number for our records and this number would not be repeated throughout the country. |

| 4) Where and how the fitting of the advertisements will take place? |
Answer: We have our designated place at the Regional Transport Office and all the fitting of the advertisements would be done at this place. |

| 5) Who will provide the material? |
Answer: The advertiser will have to bear the printing charges of the ads to be put on the rickshaws. If the advertiser wishes get them printed from US, then it can be done at a minimal cost including the designing. |

| 6) Where will be the advertisement put on the rickshaw? |
Answer: The advertisement will be put on the back of the rickshaw, on the top and on both the side panels of the hood of the rickshaw. In all, four places on a rickshaw as per the rates enclosed for reference please. |

| 7) Are the rates of the advertisements further negotiable? |
Answer: The revenue collected is majorly used for the welfare of rickshaw drivers and improving traffic enforcement, social awareness campaigns. The rates have been devised as per a slab of the number of rickshaws taken up by your company for advertising and higher the number of the rickshaws, lesser is the pricing. Hence negotiations can only be done if the number exceeds the highest number mentioned in the proposal letter. |

| 8) What are the payment terms? |
Answer: The payment has to be received 100 % in advance to proceed with the order. |

| 9) What all taxes does this mode of advertisement attract? |
Answer: This mode of advertising attracts only 12.24 % Service Tax and no other extra taxes. |

| 10) What if a rickshaw on which our advertisement put is distorted or the rickshaw is out of order due to various reasons like accident, maintenance or miscellaneous? |
Answer: Our Company will be taking care that all the designated number of rickshaws to you are always functional. In case of unavoidable circumstances, we will run your advertisement for some extra additional period or one more rickshaw will be provided to run your due advertisement. |

| 11) What benefit do rickshaw owner / driver derive out of this? |
Answer: The rickshaw driver gets a number of welfare schemes from this project some of which are personal accident policy, family mediclaim, dress code, annual painting, access to micro finance, loans for auto rickshaw replacement, training in assisting for disaster recovery operations etc. In addition, we also run public awareness campaigns for larger benefit of the society. |

| 12) Benefits to the advertiser? |
Answer: The benefits to the advertiser have already been elaborated in the proposal given to you. One of the most important benefits is that your brand gets a very high number of eye-hits and second important most is that your company gets an image of an organization with social responsibility, due to the welfare involved in this medium of advertising. Thus, taking care of your Corporate Social Responsibility. |
